Life , Liberty , and the Pursuit of Happiness
Being an American to me means that we get to live our lives in freedom. We know we did not just get it we worked hard to earn it we proved that we deserved to be free. I am proud to be an American.

I believe home is where you are the happiest. Home should make you feel welcomed, and loved. Yes when we think of home we think of a house and yes that is our house but it may not be home to some people. Like Pico said "Home is where you can be yourself." I don't know about some people but at my house I cannot really be my self. I believe home for me is at my cheer gym. Yeah I know some people will look at hispanic people and say "oh youre from mexico" that is not always true. Or someone will be indian and people will say "You are from India" NO!!! Just because someone is of that race of another country does not always mean they are from there. When I look at myself in the mirror I see a strong beautiful teenager who is a cheerleader. Your real home is what you think of when someone says where is home for you. When people say that to me I think of the gym.
Some people may live in poverty, some live the rich life style, and some people live the average life style. It is truly sad when Pico says "That man is poor, not who has little but that who hankers for more!" that shows that even when you have the most money they still beg for more. People in poverty I believe appreciate the meaning of home more than the rich people. Home to me is not about where it is or how much it cost, its the fact that I can be happy there. But most of all I am happy to say that my home is in the United States of America.
